ZVEX Machine

As always with Z.Vex, you get something quite unique and unorthodox with the 'Machine'. It is a disortion generator that is designed to cut through the longest of pedal chains. Because of its unusual circuitry it distorts the wave on the sloped part of the cycle unlike conventional fuzz/ distortion pedals which distort the peaks and valleys of the sound wave. This generates all sorts of strange effects, some very nasty indeed. Its certainly a pedal for someone looking to break the chains of convention, sonically speaking of course.
