Delano PC 4 AL
(

Since its invention in 1957, the split coil P-Bass pickup is the proven industry standard of electric bass transducers. Its basic design was not substantially altered visually, but tone-wise, the changes with this pickup are definitely audible. The PC 4 AL is a great tribute to lovers of classy vintage P-bass tone. Delano carefully morphed the great 'oomph' and greasy swamp bottom of late 50s to early 60s pickups into the grinding wire attitude of '68 to '73 pickups and then added a slight DELANO twist to enhance dynamics and articulation. From groove to grind, old school to nu, the PC 4 AL delivers with authority.
