NUX Time Core Deluxe Mk2
The NUX TIME CORE DELUXE MKII is a delay pedal with seven different delay sounds and a looper. It offers the delay modes ΦPhi Digital Delay, Analog Delay, Modulation Delay, Tape Echo, Pan Delay, Verb Delay, Reverse Delay, and Sound On Sound. These can be accessed instantly via a rotary knob.
The Phi Digital Delay is a digital delay with a repeat sequence that follows the golden ratio (ratio 1:1.618). This makes your guitar sound even more musical. Simply set the desired delay time, tap in a tempo, and you're ready to go.
Phi Digital Delay Range: 80ms~1000ms

The Analog Delay is based on the timeless BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) delay. It produces a very warm sound with a natural roll-off. This sound is ideal for ballad-like solos with soulful atmosphere. Its unique algorithm replicates physical infinity feedback, while the time control can be quickly adjusted from maximum to minimum. This also allows for spacey and interactive effects.
Analog Delay Range: 40ms~403ms

The Modulation Delay is based on the legendary DML Modulation Delay. This delay is popular for its rich, overtone-rich chorus effect. Holding down the footswitch switches the pedal to Alt mode (the LED flashes ORANGE). In this mode, you can use the Repeat knob to adjust the delay's mod parameters. Briefly press the footswitch again to exit Alt mode.
Modulation delay range: 20ms~1500ms

Tape Echo Range: 55ms~552ms

Analog Delay Range: 40ms~403ms

Pan Delay mode shifts an incoming mono signal to different locations in the stereo field. The Pan Delay algorithm transforms conventional panning into a "gourmet" version, allowing fine-tuning not only of the stereo positioning but also of other parameters. This makes it possible to make panning movements less extreme-for example, when the placement should feel natural-and, of course, even unusual settings can be precisely tuned, promising high recognition value in mixes and compositions.
Pan delay range: 80ms~1000ms

The Verb Delay mode features a plate reverb algorithm with additional digital delay, promising a particularly tasteful and subtle delay sound. Hold the footswitch to enter Alt mode and adjust the Verb parameter using the Repeat control; briefly press the footswitch to exit Alt mode.
Verb Delay Range: 80ms~1000ms

Reverse delay is a classic effect from the early days of pop music: It involves first recording a guitar part on a tape recorder and then playing it back in reverse. Popularized by the Beatles and later by guitar legend Jimi Hendrix, reverse delay still inspires experimentation and new sonic possibilities.

Sound-On-Sound mode (SOS for short) is a 40-second stereo phrase looper for guitarists to practice and develop new ideas. The handy feature: During playback, you can exit SOS mode to select a different delay mode and use the effect to play without interrupting playback.
