Weber SnufferStick High Voltage Discharge Stick. Clip to the chassis for ground, then hold on your filter caps to discharge dangerous high voltage present when you turn off your amp.
The Snuffer Stick is used to discharge high voltage after you remove power from the amp. It has two 56K, 2 watt resistors in series with the nose probe and ground wire (112K total). (This used to be higher, but that made it take forever to use.) It will safely discharge the high voltage supply within three to five seconds. It is best to use a meter to measure the voltage while you have the discharge stick in place, and only remove the stick when the voltage is drained.
