This is a pre-assembled premium deluxe wiring kit for Tele Custom style guitars. It has been designed specifically with 500k pots for Telecasters with a humbucker or P-90 in the neck and a single coil in the bridge. It uses a 470k resistor in series with the single coil bridge pickup to give the single coil a 250k load, while giving the humbucker it's proper 500k load.
